Common Questions

NFC wristbands are purchased separately from the platform fee. We supply custom-branded, waterproof NFC wristbands starting at $1.50 per unit for orders over 500. When you use JasTap Cashless and JasTap Access together, a single wristband covers both — you don't pay for two sets of bands.
Every product works standalone. Run JasTap Cashless without Access. Run AI Event Platform without any wristband at all. The stack is modular — buy what you need and add more as your events grow. Bundle discounts reward you for combining products, but there's no pressure to take everything.
Platform setup takes 24–48 hours. Wristband production and delivery varies by quantity and location — typically 2–3 weeks for standard orders. We recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks before your event. Rush setups are possible — contact us to discuss timelines.
Attendees can request refunds of unspent balances through the event's refund portal, which you configure before the event. You set refund policies per event — instant refund, post-event processing, or donation to a cause. All policies are fully transparent to attendees.
Yes. Our pricing includes a day modifier (+40% per additional day after Day 1) because multi-day events require sustained infrastructure. Wristband balances persist across days. For recurring events — weekly markets, monthly festivals — contact us for annual contract pricing with significant savings.
JasTap Cashless supports KES, USD, EUR, GBP, TZS, UGX, and more. Attendees top up in their preferred currency. Vendor settlements happen in the organizer's base currency. M-Pesa top-ups are supported natively for East African events.
Yes — a small per-transaction processing fee applies (typically 2–3%) on cashless payments made through JasTap Cashless. There are no per-check-in fees on JasTap Access — those scans are included in the platform fee. Full fee structure is shared at quote stage.
