NFC wristbands are purchased separately from the platform fee. We supply custom-branded, waterproof NFC wristbands starting at $1.50 per unit for orders over 500. Bulk pricing is available for larger events. Each wristband includes the NFC chip, encoding, and your event branding.

Yes! We offer pilot programs for qualified events. Contact our sales team to discuss a trial deployment. We'll set up a small-scale test (typically 50-100 wristbands) so you can experience the platform firsthand before scaling up.

Platform setup takes 24-48 hours. Wristband production and shipping varies by quantity and location — typically 2-3 weeks for standard orders. Rush orders are available. We recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks before your event for the smoothest experience.

Attendees can request refunds of unspent balances through the event's refund portal, which you configure. You set refund policies per event — instant refund, post-event processing, or donation to charity are all supported options.

Absolutely. Professional and Enterprise plans support multi-day events with persistent balances. Wristbands remain active across all event days. For recurring events (weekly markets, monthly festivals), our Enterprise plans offer annual contracts with significant savings.

JasTap supports KES, USD, EUR, GBP, TZS, UGX, and more. Multi-currency events are supported on Professional and Enterprise plans — guests can load in their preferred currency, and vendor settlements happen in the organizer's base currency.
